Client Resources

With the advent of computer and the internet, every industry is finding new ways to do business. We use this area of our website to facilitate the more efficient and timely design of our clients' timber frame homes. All the information in this area is available to the public except for the clients' plans.

"Client Plans" is where we post digital copies of our clients' plans for their review. This allows us to make changes and get them approved or modified in the time it takes for the client to review the plans. Using this method, we've been able to cut out the time it takes to ship the plans via the mail. At the end of planning stage, paper copies are still provided to the client.

"Building Details" is an area open to the public where we address many questions that we are frequently asked. We cover some options for the timber frame and also some methods for stick construction. We strongly advise that any of our clients' read this section. We also advise the builders involved with our projects to read this section as it covers some different construction methods.

"Whiteboard" is in reference to John's admitted struggle to talk without drawing a picture. This area is used when we're having a conversation via phone or email and we need to illustrate something to the client.
