Hammer Post Pendants

When we build hammer beams, the hammer posts if left square have little character unless that is part of the overall frame design. So we will typically cut a decorative end on the hammer posts.

The pictures below show some examples of pendants that we have previously cut. If you have other ideas, please let us know and we can see what we can do. The thing to remember is that we are timber framers not wood carvers. So if you're wanting us to carve a wolf head on the end of the hammer post, you may have to find an actual wood carver instead.
