Sample Plans

We are often asked the question, "How much is timber framing per square foot?" That can be a tough question to answer, we do have an average cost of $25 to $30 per square foot. However, that is based on many variables.

The following sample plans are all based on 2600 square feet of floor space, yet are vastly different in design. The roof design, wood species, and your snow loads are all factors which affect price.

For these three samples, the left picture is the least expensive, middle picture is in... well, the middle, and the right picture is the highest price of the three. The price per square foot that we are referring to is for the timber frame only. Click the on the plan to view additional details, paying close attention to the 3D models of the timber frame. The complexity of each frame model will correlate to its' price range.
