Least Expensive Plan
This is a two family building. Designed as a duplex, includes a single car garage for each plex. There is a one bedroom plex to the left of the garage and to the right is a two bedroom plex. The garage is designed to make the most efficient use of the bent spacing of the timber frame while allowing access directly from each plex.
