The Summons  (3900 sq ft)

My 'Contract Agreement' is very simple and doesn't use very big words. This is because I wrote it. I do not have a law degree, have never clerked for any lawyers, and try to avoid court rooms at all times. My client (is that a legal word?) is a lawyer and enjoyed re-writing my 'Contract Agreement' many times. Since both of us have a sense of humor and trusted each other, there was much ribbing back and forth at my elementary knowledge of contractual language. Not to be outdone, I tried to turn the tables and baffle him with construction terms. Sadly, he is an accomplished woodworker in his own right (sigh). Whenever the phone rang and I recognized his number, it was The Summons.
